Where Would Television Be Without Bea

Belated birthday wishes go out to one of our favorite golden girls.  Bea Arthur turned 86 on Tuesday.  Where would television be without her, and some could argue our country.  Hard to believe the argument is still going on 35 years later.  In honor I thought I would post a clip I made last year along with a few others.  Enjoy!  Thank you for being a friend you old compromisin, enterprisin, anything but tranquilizin…..right on Bea!   www.beatricearthur.com

Ah The Airport

Waiting at the airport is never fun.  Leave early enough to get to the airport early enough to find your way home has been delayed an hour, thus leaving me to blog.  The last 4 times I have flown my flight has been delayed or cancelled.

Mom was surprised.  A visit to the casino, and a trip to the cinema, with time to spare in between.  Patrick Dempsey Made of Honor. As Bill said, “There’s an hour and 45 min I’ll never get back of my life.  But the day was about Mom and she had choice pick.

Looks like Jim may be right, I would play video games.  Bill has playstation, 3 hours of me on Guitar Hero and I finally went to bed last night.  I’m hooked.  Maybe Georgie Porgie will help us buy a wii.  

 

Secrets

Spoke to Mom today to find out which address is better to send her mothers day gift, work or home?  Work was decided with the questions of what are you sending me?  Suddenly the roles are reversed.  You’ll just half to wait and see.  Last minute changes should make for an interesting weekend, in more ways than one.  Indiana proved to me a plus for Hillary, barely. Who would of thought Indiana would break the camels back.   It’s only a matter of time now, then the fun begins, and even more secrets come out.   

Artsy Sunday

A sunday full of art.  The MOMA in the morning and Brians show in the afternoon.  I highly suggest going to both.  Unfortunately one is a limited engagement.  I’m sure the artists would appreciate the fact that I used my cell phone to take photos, but still we have no digital camera thus the poor quality.  Hopefully you can enjoy.
